Cameron's love for business is obvious. Having started out as an apprentice hairdresser at 15, he's grown his own team from a family business which he relocated in 2021. He leads on our core pillars, and will apply this knowledge to your salon to ensure business success - not only for you, but also for your team.

Head of KPI’s & Finance - Shannon

Shannon is Cameron's right hand woman! She does everything back of house to help our clients get the absolute most out of our program. She manages everyone's KPI's so we can see exactly where your salon is growing and where needs help and also knows everything salon finance.

Head of Marketing - Chloe

Chloe is our in house Marketer. She works closely with Cameron in designing marketing strategies tailor made for salon owners. As part of some of our programs you get full access to Chloe’s expertise. It’s like always having a marketing team right there for you when you need them.
